An admonition is a formal, published expression of disapproval — the least severe sanction Arizona imposes — and probation runs alongside it on conditions. Both were entered on the same day under one case number covering a single charge, and the register records the probation as complete on 12 May 2026. He is recorded Active.

Arizona publishes the activity and not the conduct. It gives the date, the sanction, the case number and the number of charges, and nothing about what happened. We are not going to guess, and the Bar's own disclaimer — that it does not display all public sanctions — applies to this record as much as to a clean one.

What Arizona publishes — and what it says about itself

Arizona is unusually forthcoming in two ways. It publishes a jurisdictions field with an Active or Inactive status for every state a lawyer is admitted in — something Texas, Florida and Nevada all leave to a firm bio. And it separates “admitted to practice law” from “admitted to the State Bar of Arizona”, so a lawyer who qualified elsewhere first shows two dates rather than one.

Arizona disclaims its own record. Every entry in this directory carries the line: “This website does not display all public sanctions or public information concerning a lawyer’s disciplinary history.” The Bar directs anyone wanting the complete picture to a history request form. We have not submitted one. So an Arizona “None” is a narrower statement than a Nevada one, and the Bar says so itself.

It publishes no practice areas and no fee terms, so the rideshare tag on this listing comes from the firm’s own site rather than the Bar.

Background

His bio says he graduated from Phoenix School of Law in 2013 and passed the Arizona bar; his register records Arizona Summit Law School — the same school renamed — and an admission date of 6 May 2014.Reported

The firm's site describes him as Managing Attorney for Colorado and “Licensed In: CO, AZ”. His register adds a third jurisdiction, New Mexico, recorded Inactive.Reported

The bio says he was involved in a hit-and-run as a child, which he describes as the reason he became a plaintiff's lawyer.Reported

What we haven’t checked

Not established. What the 2025 admonition and probation were for. Arizona publishes the activity, the date, the case number and the number of charges — and not the conduct. It also states on the same page that it does not display all public sanctions, and directs anyone wanting the full picture to a history request form we have not submitted. His Colorado register, recorded Active, and his New Mexico one, recorded Inactive. Arizona’s history request form, which the Bar itself says is needed for a complete disciplinary picture — not submitted for anybody on this site. Any court records for case outcomes. Any settlement or verdict figure. We have no basis for judging quality of representation. A bar check is a floor, not a ranking.
